This vaccination programme is in place to help protect your child against flu. Flu can be an unpleasant illness and sometimes causes serious complications. Vaccinating your child will also help protect more vulnerable friends and family by preventing the spread of flu.
The Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust are due to visit your child’s school on Monday 13th December 2021

The unique code for your child’s school is SH115990 Submit your form by to ensure your child receives their vaccination. Please complete this form even if you DO NOT wish your child to have the vaccine. Please submit your form by Thursday 9th December to ensure your child receives their vaccine.

The vaccination is free and recommended for young children every year, and will be given by a quick and simple spray up the nose. The vaccine is available to all year groups.

Last year, within Hampshire around 75-80% of school aged children in Reception to Year 6 received the nasal flu vaccination.
