APPLICATIONS FOR ADMISSION TO YEAR R IN SEPTEMBER 2017 ARE NOW CLOSED.
The national closing date for applications was Sunday, 15th January 2017. On-time applicants will be sent notification of the outcome of their application on Tuesday, 18th April 2017.
Parents who have not yet made an application for their child will need to submit a LATE application.

NATIONAL NOTIFICATION DATE FOR ON-TIME APPLICANTS: TUESDAY, 18TH APRIL 2017
Parents who applied online will be able to log into the online system to view the outcome of their application. They will also receive notification by e-mail on Tuesday, 18th April 2017 advising them of the outcome of their application. The email will invite parents to reply only if they no longer require the place.
Parents who have not secured a place at their first preference school will also be sent a letter (posted first class on 18th April) providing full details of the refusal and information about waiting lists and the right of appeal.
Notification letters will be sent by the Admissions Team to all on-time applicants. Letters will be sent out in a single batch by first class post on Tuesday, 18th April 2017.
Main round waiting lists for oversubscribed schools will be established on Tuesday, 2nd May 2017. Lists will include all those who were unsuccessful on 18th April and were not offered a higher preference school, and all late applications received before 18th April. Late applications received on or after 18th April will be considered from 3rd May 2017 onwards.
Waiting lists be ranked solely in accordance with the school's admission criteria. Date of application and length of time on the list do not affect a child's position on the list. Places that have become available by 2nd May will be offered in strict waiting list order at the end of the day.
